A credit is what one answer costs: one for a normal reply, three for a long or research-heavy one, half for sorting a ticket without replying, and nothing at all when the assistant reads a ticket and has nothing to add. A stronger model costs proportionally more. You can pick one per server, and the credits go further or less far accordingly. Bring your own AI key and none of this applies: your provider bills you directly.

A clock instead of a tick means the plan includes it but we haven't shipped it. It isn't something you can switch on today, and it isn't a reason to pick a plan yet.
